The Customer Care Consultant provides telephonic support to patrons and patients in the cannabis industry, delivering exceptional customer service, educating clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Provide exceptional customer and patient service via telephone
- Assist patrons and patients by addressing their inquiries and needs
