Job Description
A Graduate Civil Engineer role focused on designing and managing roadway and utility projects, with an emphasis on utility planning, design, and construction activities to control costs and mitigate risks, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in utility planning, design, and construction activities to control costs and mitigate risks.
- Support the creation of flexible infrastructure programs to accommodate evolving utility requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to design roadway and utility projects.
Requirements
- A graduate who is interested in specializing in utilities aspects of projects, including utility planning, design, and construction activities to control costs and mitigate risks to the project and the public.
- Ability to work alongside multi-disciplined engineering professionals in civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural design and planning to design roadway and utility projects within the Twin Cities metro area and throughout the State of Minnesota.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment with in-office work on Tuesday through Thursday and work from home on Monday and Friday.
- Ability to complete a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history, upon acceptance of a conditional offer of employment.
