Job Description
The Talent Operations Manager will develop and optimize the global Talent Acquisition systems and processes, including ATS strategy and AI-driven workflows, to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring at scale for Sword Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the systems, data foundation, and operating rhythm of the global Talent Acquisition function
- Own and develop the ATS strategy
- Implement AI-driven recruiting workflows
- Strengthen compliance governance within talent operations
- Ensure the team hires with speed, quality, and repeatability
Requirements
- Possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Experience in building and scaling systems, data foundation, and operating rhythm of a global Talent Acquisition function.
- Ownership experience of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) strategy.
- Ability to implement AI-driven recruiting workflows.
- Experience in strengthening compliance governance related to talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of hiring with speed, quality, and repeatability.
- Demonstrated leadership in talent operations or related roles.
- Experience in developing and managing talent acquisition systems and processes at a global level.
