The Talent Operations Manager will develop and optimize the global Talent Acquisition systems and processes, including ATS strategy and AI-driven workflows, to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring at scale for Sword Health.
Key Responsibilities
Build and scale the systems, data foundation, and operating rhythm of the global Talent Acquisition function
Own and develop the ATS strategy
Implement AI-driven recruiting workflows
Strengthen compliance governance within talent operations
Ensure the team hires with speed, quality, and repeatability
Requirements
Possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
Experience in building and scaling systems, data foundation, and operating rhythm of a global Talent Acquisition function.
Ownership experience of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) strategy.
Ability to implement AI-driven recruiting workflows.
Experience in strengthening compliance governance related to talent acquisition.
Proven track record of hiring with speed, quality, and repeatability.
Demonstrated leadership in talent operations or related roles.
Experience in developing and managing talent acquisition systems and processes at a global level.
