Job Description
The Senior People Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, focusing on aligning talent strategy with business goals, enhancing talent quality through AI-driven insights, and driving initiatives to improve performance, engagement, and retention within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Align people strategy with business goals to accelerate organizational performance
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent-related decisions
- Elevate talent quality using AI-powered insights to improve decision-making
- Drive initiatives to enhance performance, engagement, and retention
- Shape talent strategy to support business growth as a Chief People Officer for ELT leaders
- Partner with the organization to strengthen talent development and leadership decision-making
- Enable an AI-powered, scalable people experience aligned with business success
Requirements
- The candidate must possess strong analytical capabilities and a forward-looking approach to talent.
- The candidate must have experience acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.
- The candidate must have experience in shaping talent strategy to unlock business growth.
- The candidate must have experience in elevating overall talent quality and using AI-powered insights to accelerate and improve people decision-making.
- The candidate must have experience driving initiatives that boost performance, engagement, and retention.
- The candidate must have experience operating as a Chief People Officer for respective ELT leaders or similar senior leadership roles.
- The candidate must have experience partnering closely with organizations to strengthen talent quality and ensure excellence in leadership decision-making.
- The candidate must have experience enabling an AI-powered, scalable people experience that aligns people development with business success.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Business Partner, or related roles.
- The candidate must have a university degree or higher education qualification relevant to Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields.
- The candidate must be based in Portugal and possess a valid EU visa.
- The candidate must be able to work remotely and have the ability to work flexible hours.
- The candidate must be able to support and create an environment where every employee is supported, empowered, and held to a high performance bar.
