The candidate must have experience operating as a Chief People Officer for respective ELT leaders or similar senior leadership roles.
The candidate must have experience partnering closely with organizations to strengthen talent quality and ensure excellence in leadership decision-making.
The candidate must have experience enabling an AI-powered, scalable people experience that aligns people development with business success.
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Business Partner, or related roles.
The candidate must have a university degree or higher education qualification relevant to Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields.
The candidate must be based in Portugal and possess a valid EU visa.
The candidate must be able to work remotely and have the ability to work flexible hours.
