Job Description
The Senior Analytics Engineer at Sword Health is responsible for transforming data into scalable, trusted models, building the semantic layer, and optimizing data pipelines and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making and innovation in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform data into scalable, trusted models to support business decisions and advanced analytics
- Build and maintain the semantic layer to ensure consistency of metrics across the organization
- Optimize data pipelines and reporting processes
- Bridge the gap between data engineering and data analytics to enable data-driven decision making
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Experience in transforming data into scalable, trusted models that power business decisions and advanced analytics.
- Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and reporting.
- Experience in building and maintaining a semantic layer to ensure consistency of metrics across the company.
- Ability to bridge the gap between data engineering and data analytics.
- Strong skills in data analytics and data engineering concepts and tools.
- Proficiency in developing reliable, actionable insights that directly impact organizational decision-making.
- Experience in ensuring data quality, consistency, and trustworthiness in analytics models.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive innovation in healthcare and operational excellence.
