Job Description
The Operations Strategy Associate will support the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare platform, contributing to the company's mission of making healthcare more accessible and cost-effective worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations within the AI Care platform.
- Analyze healthcare data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven healthcare services and workflows.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Candidates must be able to work remotely and have flexible working hours.
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in operations strategy or a related field.
- Candidates must have strong skills in healthcare operations, strategy development, and process optimization.
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to analyze data and develop strategic initiatives to improve healthcare operations.
- Candidates must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Candidates must be committed to the mission of shifting healthcare from human-first to AI-first and have an understanding of AI applications in healthcare.
