A Junior Strategy Operations Associate supporting the design, testing, and improvement of communication workflows and experimentation frameworks to enhance member engagement and operational efficiency within Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare platform.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design, testing, and continuous improvement of communication messages and workflows for members.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, and AI teams to run A/B tests and analyze results.
Assist in scaling effective ideas based on data insights.
Support capacity planning activities to understand demand patterns and ensure operational alignment.
Contribute to pilot initiatives to enhance member communication and engagement.
Help optimize internal processes, workflows, and communication journeys within the operations team.
Requirements
Support the design, testing, and continuous improvement of messages and workflows that guide members through their journey.
Work closely with Operations, Product, and AI teams to run A/B tests, analyze results, learn from data, and help scale the ideas that work.
Support capacity planning activities by helping the team understand demand patterns and ensure operational alignment.
Possess strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to work with data to derive insights.
Be able to contribute to pilot initiatives and help reimagine how communication with members is handled.
Possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal, as the position does not offer relocation assistance.
Have a willingness to collaborate across teams including Operations, Product, AI, and Clinical Operations.
Be able to work in a remote environment with flexible working hours and work from home arrangements.
