Job Description
A Junior Strategy Operations Associate supporting the design, testing, and improvement of communication workflows and experimentation frameworks to enhance member engagement and operational efficiency within Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, testing, and continuous improvement of communication messages and workflows for members.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, and AI teams to run A/B tests and analyze results.
- Assist in scaling effective ideas based on data insights.
- Support capacity planning activities to understand demand patterns and ensure operational alignment.
- Contribute to pilot initiatives to enhance member communication and engagement.
- Help optimize internal processes, workflows, and communication journeys within the operations team.
Requirements
- Support the design, testing, and continuous improvement of messages and workflows that guide members through their journey.
- Work closely with Operations, Product, and AI teams to run A/B tests, analyze results, learn from data, and help scale the ideas that work.
- Support capacity planning activities by helping the team understand demand patterns and ensure operational alignment.
- Possess strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to work with data to derive insights.
- Be able to contribute to pilot initiatives and help reimagine how communication with members is handled.
- Possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal, as the position does not offer relocation assistance.
- Have a willingness to collaborate across teams including Operations, Product, AI, and Clinical Operations.
- Be able to work in a remote environment with flexible working hours and work from home arrangements.
