Job Description
An experienced Product Designer will lead the core experience of the Sword Member App, creating a user-first platform that enhances member engagement and retention across health solutions, supporting millions in their health journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the core experience design of the Sword Member App to enhance user engagement and retention
- Create a cohesive, user-first platform that integrates key solutions and shared features such as chat and profile management
- Shape the overall user experience to support millions of members throughout their health journey
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer leading the core experience of a digital application, with a focus on member engagement and retention.
- Ability to shape a cohesive, user-first platform that supports millions of members in their health journey.
- Proficiency in designing shared features such as chat, profile, and other key solutions within a mobile or web application.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to create a cohesive and intuitive platform.
- Experience working on healthcare or health-related applications is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.
- Proven experience in creating designs that support a large-scale user base, ensuring scalability and usability.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Must be based in Portugal and possess a valid EU visa, as the position does not offer relocation assistance.
- Ability to work remotely with flexible working hours and work from home.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in designing digital products that prioritize user engagement and retention.
