Requirements
Experience as a Product Designer leading the core experience of a digital application, with a focus on member engagement and retention.
Ability to shape a cohesive, user-first platform that supports millions of members in their health journey.
Proficiency in designing shared features such as chat, profile, and other key solutions within a mobile or web application.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to create a cohesive and intuitive platform.
Experience working on healthcare or health-related applications is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.
Proven experience in creating designs that support a large-scale user base, ensuring scalability and usability.
Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
Must be based in Portugal and possess a valid EU visa, as the position does not offer relocation assistance.
Ability to work remotely with flexible working hours and work from home.
