Job Description
This role involves supporting the daily operations of the environmental commodities trading team by managing data, processing transactions, and assisting with various operational tasks related to EV trade workflows, with a focus on data accuracy and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the EV tickets team on the internal platform
- Manage and clean large datasets related to environmental commodities
- Review and process data uploads from partners
- Handle contract-related tasks within the platform
- Assist with settlements, brokerage fee processing, and signature coordination
- Conduct manual screenings and research to support business questions
- Learn and support the operational trade process of environmental commodities
- Maintain and collect data to ensure accuracy across workflows
- Engage with stakeholders across various business functions
- Ensure trade transactions contain accurate information
Requirements
- Studying towards a bachelor's or master's degree in the field of business, economics, finance, or similar.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent German communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a diligent approach to work.
- Ability to stay focused and maintain high-quality output even when handling repetitive or routine tasks over extended periods.
