Job Description
The Environmental Commodities Sales Trading Rotational Program offers a comprehensive, one-year experience in renewable energy and financial services, providing rotations across different departments, technical and soft skills training, mentorship, and a pathway to a full-time trading role upon completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the full-cycle trading process through departmental rotations.
- Support trading desks with research and market analytics.
- Create workflow automations and organize datasets to improve internal processes.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, client communications, and RFPs.
Requirements
- Current Undergraduate or Masters students with a graduation date in Spring Summer 2026
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Python
- Demonstrated interest in sustainable energy and or environmental commodities
- Analytical ability to synthesize data, reports, and other information in a presentable format
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Base salary range of $85,000 - $95,000
