Job Description
The Corporate Account Manager at STRIVE is responsible for expanding the customer portfolio in the Italian market by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their decarbonization needs, and offering tailored environmental and sustainability solutions through strategic sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand customer portfolio in the Italian market through strategic outreach and engagement
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships via in-person meetings and activities
- Execute transactions involving various products, structuring complex deals using financial instruments
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical product experts and policy units, for effective coordination
- Stay informed about regional regulatory and legislative developments related to environmental commodities
Requirements
- One year of relevant work experience, ideally in the areas of sales, trading, finance, banking, business development or account management including exposure to or experience in renewable energy or environmental commodities market.
- Master's degree in one of the aforementioned relevant disciplines.
- Profound feel for commercial transactions and deals.
- Out-of-the-box thinking and an entrepreneurial mentality, with the ability to identify opportunities at an early stage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in an intense team environment, while building direct working relationships.
- Fluency in English and Italian in writing and speech.
- Flexibility to travel often and living or being open to relocate to Milan, Italy.
