A Program Manager responsible for coordinating product development and customer communication between the U.S. headquarters and Korean customers in the solid-state battery industry, ensuring smooth program execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product process development based on customer requirements and feedback
Coordinate joint development activities with partners
Facilitate communication and collaboration between headquarters and Korean customers
Maintain documentation of meetings, decisions, and action items
Translate and relay communications between Korean customers and U.S. technical teams
Support cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and business teams
Manage Korea-specific action items, including logistics and follow-ups
Lead customer meetings in Korea and provide translation and interpretation support
Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback for product and process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline
8 years of industry experience with at least 4 years in a Program Management role focused on product development or manufacturing
Proficiency in Korean and English languages
Strong cross-functional team leadership and consensus-building abilities
Customer-facing experience in a Program Manager capacity
Ability to lead, influence, and gain acceptance across all organizational levels
Thorough knowledge of phase gate methodology
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Deep understanding of product development processes
Ability to quickly learn and adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
