- Demonstrated ability to promote safety culture and operational excellence within manufacturing or laboratory environments.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or laboratory setting, preferably within high-tech or space-related industries.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, hazard identification, and risk mitigation in a manufacturing or lab environment.
- Ability to drive progress with precision in a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and promote safety initiatives.
