Job Description
A Project Manager responsible for leading the development and execution of commercial rooftop solar projects in New Jersey, overseeing all project phases from planning to completion while ensuring safety, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of solar projects across New Jersey
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, procurement, and construction management
- Manage project scheduling, reporting, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and local stakeholders to ensure project safety, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Experience in leading the development and execution of solar projects across New Jersey, overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, procurement, construction management, scheduling, reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and local stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with New Jersey regulations and incentive programs.
- Providing leadership and technical expertise in solar project management.
- Knowledge of New Jersey regulations and incentive programs related to solar energy projects.
