Job Description
The Solar O M Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the performance of commercial rooftop solar energy systems to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency in a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of commercial solar energy systems
- Ensure the safety and reliability of solar system operations
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on solar systems
Requirements
- Possess the ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize commercial solar energy systems to ensure reliable performance, safety, and efficiency.
- Have experience working in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.
- Be capable of working in a high-performance environment with a focus on accountability and execution.
- Possess the physical ability to perform tasks related to maintaining and troubleshooting solar systems, which may include climbing, lifting, and working at heights.
- Have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites as required.
- Possess relevant technical skills and knowledge appropriate to the experience level (Tier 1-4) in operations and maintenance of solar energy systems.
