Job Description
The Solar O M Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the performance of commercial solar energy systems to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency, working collaboratively in a safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of commercial solar energy systems
- Ensure the safety and reliability of solar energy systems
- Collaborate with team members to support system performance and safety
Requirements
- Experience level as an O M Technician at multiple experience levels Tier 1 4, indicating a need for candidates with varying levels of experience from entry-level to more advanced.
- Ability to ensure the reliable performance, safety, and efficiency of commercial solar energy systems, which implies knowledge of solar system operation, safety protocols, and efficiency optimization.
- Experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing solar system performance, demonstrating the need for skills in system maintenance, fault diagnosis, and performance enhancement.
- Working in a collaborative, safety-focused environment, indicating the requirement to adhere to safety standards and work effectively as part of a team.
