A Construction Manager responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of commercial rooftop solar projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with various teams and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial solar projects
- Ensure construction work complies with safety, quality, and schedule standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, internal teams, and field personnel to facilitate project completion
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing all construction activities for commercial solar projects, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule management.
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, internal teams, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
- Proven track record of leading on-site execution of commercial solar projects.
- Experience in managing construction schedules and ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Demonstrated ability to enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment on construction sites.
- Experience in quality control and ensuring construction work meets project standards and specifications.
