Job Description
A Construction Manager responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of commercial rooftop solar projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with various teams and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial solar projects
- Ensure construction work complies with safety standards and regulations
- Manage project schedule to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with subcontractors, internal teams, and field personnel
- Maintain high quality standards throughout construction process
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing all construction activities for commercial solar projects, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule management
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, internal teams, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards
- Proven track record of successfully managing on-site construction execution for solar or similar infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated knowledge of safety protocols and standards applicable to construction sites, especially in solar or renewable energy projects
- Experience in managing construction schedules and ensuring projects are completed on time
- Ability to oversee and enforce quality standards during construction activities
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with various teams and subcontractors
- Physical ability to perform on-site construction supervision and inspections as required
