Job Description

A Project Coordinator role supporting the delivery of commercial solar projects by assisting with scheduling, documentation, permitting, and overall project coordination to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project scheduling and coordination across teams
  • Manage project documentation and permits
  • Support the delivery of commercial solar projects to ensure they stay on time and within budget

Requirements

  • A detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with the ability to support the successful delivery of commercial solar projects.
  • Experience working closely with Preconstruction, Operations, and Project Management teams to assist with scheduling, documentation, permitting, and overall project coordination.
  • Ability to ensure every project stays on time, on budget, and aligned with company goals.
