Job Description
A Logistics Analyst is responsible for managing the final phase of procurement by coordinating shipments, working with logistics providers, and tracking inventory to ensure timely and efficient delivery of equipment to project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the last phase of procurement to ensure timely delivery of equipment to project sites.
- Coordinate shipments and logistics with 3PLs, logistics carriers, and Project Managers.
- Track inventory and manage logistics operations using the ERP system.
Requirements
- Experience supporting operations teams in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on managing the last phase of procurement and ensuring equipment delivery to project sites efficiently and on time.
- Ability to work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), logistics carriers, Project Managers, and ERP systems to coordinate shipments, manage logistics, and track inventory.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to managing logistics and procurement processes.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners.
