Key Responsibilities
Support managers and employees across the organization to enhance employee experience and team effectiveness
Coach managers on day-to-day people challenges and employee relations matters
Drive performance conversations and support organizational change at the team level
Serve as a trusted resource and solutions-oriented partner to managers and employees
Provide guidance and tools to managers to lead confidently and create a high-performing, engaged, and values-aligned workplace
Requirements
Experience as an HR leader who thrives close to the business coaching managers through day-to-day people challenges, addressing employee relations matters, driving performance conversations, and supporting change at the team level.
Ability to serve as a trusted resource for employees and a practical, solutions-oriented partner to managers, helping create a high-performing, engaged, and values-aligned workplace.
Strong supporting skills in strengthening employee experience and improving team effectiveness.
Experience supporting managers and employees across the organization in a highly visible, hands-on role.
Ability to support and guide managers with the tools and guidance they need to lead confidently.
Experience in coaching managers through day-to-day people challenges and addressing employee relations matters.
Experience in driving performance conversations and supporting change at the team level.
Demonstrated ability to create a high-performing, engaged, and values-aligned workplace.
Proven track record of working in a high-performance environment and supporting organizational development.
Ability to work in a flexible remote/hybrid work environment, with experience supporting teams across multiple locations.
Experience working in or supporting a fast-paced, high-growth organization, ideally within the renewable energy, solar, or related industries (implied by the company's focus).
