The Event Coordinator will support the marketing and business development teams by planning, organizing, and executing regional, national, and internal events, ensuring smooth operations and logistics for conferences, celebrations, and client activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage planning, logistics, and execution of regional, national, and internal team events
Coordinate national conferences, regional mid-market events, and team celebrations
Handle client-facing activities such as tickets for Giants suite and summer concerts
Arrange travel and coordinate vendors for events
Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event operations
Requirements
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach required to manage planning, logistics, and execution of regional, national, and internal team events.
Experience in coordinating national conferences, regional mid-market events, team celebrations, and client-facing activities such as Giants suite and summer concert tickets.
Ability to handle travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and on-site support to ensure every event runs smoothly.
This role is based out of the Asbury Park, New Jersey office and requires a hybrid work arrangement.
