Job Description
The EHS Manager is responsible for implementing and managing the Environmental, Health, and Safety program across construction sites and solar assets, ensuring compliance, conducting inspections, leading incident investigations, and promoting a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, manage, and improve the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program across construction sites and solar assets.
- Conduct jobsite inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Oversee safety training and compliance efforts.
- Lead incident investigations to determine causes and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with field teams, project managers, and leadership to maintain a safe, compliant, and injury-free work environment.
Requirements
- Experience as an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager or in a similar role responsible for implementing, managing, and enhancing an EHS Program across construction sites and owned solar assets.
- Ability to maintain a strong field presence by conducting jobsite inspections, overseeing training and compliance, leading incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement.
- Partnering closely with field teams, project managers, and leadership to ensure a safe, compliant, and injury-free work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company standards related to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
