Requirements
- Experience in strategic HR operations and analytics.
- Ability to bring strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a hands-on approach to elevate the People function.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact HR projects and initiatives that improve organizational performance, talent outcomes, and employee experience.
- Strong skills in optimizing core people processes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver data-driven insights related to HR and organizational metrics.
