Job Description
A Construction Subcontracts Manager is responsible for managing subcontractor relationships, overseeing contract development, and ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards to support the successful completion of solar energy projects.

Requirements
- Experience in managing subcontractor relationships, overseeing contract development, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with all legal, safety, and quality standards.
- Ability to support project success by ensuring subcontractors meet expectations related to timelines, quality, and budget.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in construction project management or a related field.
- Knowledge of legal, safety, and quality standards applicable to construction and subcontracting.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and oversee their performance effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with team members and subcontractors.
