The Construction Subcontracts Manager is responsible for managing subcontractor relationships, overseeing contract development, and ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards to support the successful delivery of solar rooftop projects.

- Proven track record of supporting project success by ensuring subcontractors meet expectations related to project timelines, quality, and budget.
- Strong attention to detail and highly motivated in a construction environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple subcontractors and contracts effectively.
