Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager supports the execution of solar projects by assisting with planning, budgeting, procurement, construction management, scheduling, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, and procurement activities
- Support construction management and project controls
- Contribute to project scheduling and risk management
- Assist in project reporting and tracking progress
Requirements
- Support the successful execution of solar projects by working closely with the Project Management team and assisting with all aspects of project delivery, including project planning, budgeting, procurement, construction management, project controls and reporting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Be based in the Illinois Greater Chicago area.
- Have the ability to assist with project planning, budgeting, procurement, construction management, project controls and reporting, scheduling, and risk management tasks.
- Possess the skills necessary to support project delivery in a fast-paced environment, including clear thinking, accountability, and execution.
- Demonstrate collaborative working skills and the ability to work effectively with team members on troubleshooting system design and other project-related tasks.
