Job Description
The Asset Manager will oversee the operational performance of a portfolio of commercial solar assets, focusing on monitoring system performance, analyzing trends, managing work orders, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal energy production and system uptime.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the operational performance of commercial solar assets.
- Analyze system performance trends to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage work orders related to system maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure system uptime and optimal production.
- Report to the Director of Asset Management and support portfolio growth and performance management.
Requirements
- The candidate must have a strong technical foundation and excellent analytical skills.
- The candidate must have experience managing the performance of distributed solar assets.
- The candidate must be able to monitor system performance, analyze trends, manage work orders, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal production and system uptime.
- The candidate must report to the Director of Asset Management and work closely with Operations and Maintenance, Engineering, and Finance teams.
- The candidate must have experience in managing a portfolio of operating solar projects, with responsibilities increasing as the company expands.
- The candidate must have a background or experience relevant to commercial rooftop solar assets.
