Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process, including receiving invoices, managing purchase orders, facilitating payments, and reconciling accounts, to ensure efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive invoices and verify their accuracy
- Manage purchase orders related to accounts payable
- Facilitate payments to vendors and suppliers
- Reconcile all accounts payable accounts to ensure accuracy
Requirements
- Experience in all phases of the Accounts Payable process, including receiving invoices, managing purchase orders, facilitating payments, and reconciling AP accounts.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting to establish efficient operating and reporting procedures for the Accounts Payable accounting cycle.
