Job Description
A Junior Scheduling Coordinator responsible for efficiently coordinating appointments and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations within a fast-growing home electrification company in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments efficiently to support the national sales operation
- Assist sales teams by setting up appointments and providing support
- Manage scheduling priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- The candidate must be an organised, proactive, and people-focused individual.
- The candidate must be able to coordinate appointments efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the national sales operation.
- The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy juggling priorities.
- The role requires the candidate to be the go-to support person for the sales team.
- The candidate must be available to work onsite, Monday to Friday, in the Waterloo office.
- The position is a casual role with full-time hours.
