Key Responsibilities
Support the management of accounts receivable and rebate recovery activities
Assist with customer account follow-ups and payment tracking
Update systems and handle rebate-related administration
Collaborate with Credit, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams
Requirements
Reside in the Northern Rivers region and be willing to work on-site Monday to Friday at Byron Bay HQ industrial estate.
Support the day-to-day management of the company's accounts receivable (AR) and rebate recovery activities.
Assist with customer account follow-ups, payment tracking, system updates, and rebate-related administration.
Have an interest in learning credit control processes and building confidence in communicating with customers.
Be early in a finance or accounts receivable career, indicating a preference for candidates with limited experience but a keen interest to grow.
Possess basic communication skills suitable for engaging with customers.
Be available to commence employment as a casual position with full-time hours.
Demonstrate a willingness to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
