Job Description
A technical role focused on ensuring the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of solar and battery installations by supporting sales, conducting audits, and working with installers to deliver first-time quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure solar and battery systems are technically sound before installation
- Complete audits accurately and within designated timeframes
- Support installers to deliver first-time quality installations
- Improve the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of installations from sale through to install
- Collaborate across teams to reduce delays and rework
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical role supporting solar and battery installations, with a focus on improving quality, accuracy, and efficiency from sale through to install.
- Ability to support complex sales processes and work directly with installers to reduce delays and rework.
- Experience in conducting audits to ensure systems are technically sound before installation, with audits completed accurately and on time.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar and battery systems to support system design and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to improve systems and processes.
- Ability to work across multiple teams to ensure installation quality and compliance.
- Supportive role in supporting installers to deliver first-time quality installations.
- Willingness to be hands-on and support the technical aspects of solar and battery installation processes.
