Key Responsibilities
Ensure solar and battery systems are technically sound before installation
Complete audits accurately and within designated timeframes
Support installers to deliver first-time quality installations
Improve the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of installations from sale through to install
Collaborate across teams to reduce delays and rework
Requirements
Proven experience in a technical role supporting solar and battery installations, with a focus on improving quality, accuracy, and efficiency from sale through to install.
Ability to support complex sales processes and work directly with installers to reduce delays and rework.
Experience in conducting audits to ensure systems are technically sound before installation, with audits completed accurately and on time.
Strong technical knowledge of solar and battery systems to support system design and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to improve systems and processes.
Ability to work across multiple teams to ensure installation quality and compliance.
Supportive role in supporting installers to deliver first-time quality installations.
Willingness to be hands-on and support the technical aspects of solar and battery installation processes.
