Job Description
The Installations Business Development Manager oversees and optimizes installation operations within the Builder Channel for a fast-growing clean-tech company, managing scheduling, team coordination, and stakeholder relationships to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of energy solutions across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize installation delivery across the Builder Channel
- Coordinate and schedule weekly call-ups and installations
- Manage daily activities of a small installation support team
- Liaise with builders to ensure call-up dates are met and installations are completed on time
- Work collaboratively with Technical, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery
- Manage and support national installer relationships
- Balance workloads and prioritize tasks for installers
- Resolve issues proactively to maintain installation performance and builder satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in managing installation delivery processes and coordinating installation operations within the builder or energy sector.
- Ability to oversee and support a small team responsible for installation support and scheduling activities.
- Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating Call Ups and Installations from a builder channel on a weekly basis.
- Strong skills in liaising closely with builders to ensure call-up dates are met and installations are completed accurately and on time.
- Experience in organizing daily installer activity and balancing workloads to ensure efficient installation operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Technical, Logistics, and Sales to drive end-to-end delivery and proactively resolve issues.
- Permanent Residency with full working rights in Australia is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and solve problems in real time to influence installation performance, builder satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.
