Requirements
Proven experience supporting solar and battery systems, including diagnosing issues, guiding solutions, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Ability to work closely with internal teams such as Customer Service and Maintenance Tech teams, as well as external manufacturers, across the full lifecycle of solar and battery systems.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, performance monitoring, warranty processes, and maintenance coordination of solar and battery systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data to identify and resolve technical issues.
Demonstrated technical capability in the home electrification or renewable energy industry.
Excellent communication skills to support and guide customers and internal teams effectively.
Willingness to work in a hands-on, high-impact role that is central to operations.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
