Job Description

A hands-on technical support role focused on diagnosing and resolving issues with solar and battery systems, supporting customer service, and collaborating with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure optimal system performance in a fast-growing renewable energy company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Service team by diagnosing issues with solar and battery systems
  • Guide solutions to ensure optimal system performance for customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external manufacturers across the system lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot and monitor system performance
  • Coordinate warranty and maintenance activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting solar and battery systems, including diagnosing issues, guiding solutions, and ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Ability to work closely with internal teams such as Customer Service and Maintenance Tech teams, as well as external manufacturers, across the full lifecycle of solar and battery systems.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, performance monitoring, warranty processes, and maintenance coordination of solar and battery systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Demonstrated technical capability in the home electrification or renewable energy industry.
  • Excellent communication skills to support and guide customers and internal teams effectively.
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on, high-impact role that is central to operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Physical ability to perform hands-on technical tasks related to solar and battery systems (implied by the hands-on nature of the role).
