Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, build, and develop a brand-new door to door sales team from the ground up
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to consistently exceed targets
- Drive sales growth across solar, battery storage, and home electrification products
- Conduct in-home appointments and convert opportunities into sales
- Develop and execute local growth strategies
- Monitor team performance and optimise sales processes
- Create a positive, high-performance culture focused on development and accountability
- Work closely with Recruitment, HR, and Senior Leadership to support team growth and retention
- Identify new market opportunities and strengthen customer relationships throughout the Melbourne region
