Sales Manager - Home Electrificiation

• Recruit, build, and develop a brand-new door to door sales team from the ground up • Lead, coach, and motivate your team to consistently exceed targets • Drive sales growth across solar, battery storage, and home electrification products • Conduct in-home appointments and convert opportunities into sales • Develop and execute local growth strategies • Monitor team performance and optimise sales processes • Create a positive, high-performance culture focused on development and accountability • Work closely with Recruitment, HR, and Senior Leadership to support team growth and retention • Identify new market opportunities and strengthen customer relationships throughout the Brisbane region
