Job Description
The Senior Manager, Asset Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the performance, optimization, and risk management of Silicon Ranch's utility-scale renewable energy assets, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations while driving long-term operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the performance, optimization, and risk of utility-scale renewable energy assets.
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of solar and BESS assets.
- Monitor daily asset operations to maximize revenue and financial performance.
- Lead resolution of asset outages to minimize safety and financial impacts.
- Serve as primary contact for O M providers, landowners, and utilities.
- Oversee maintenance schedules, warranty claims, and issue resolution.
- Develop and track project budgets, expenses, and revenue streams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and interconnection requirements.
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project documentation transfer and integration.
- Collaborate on asset optimization, risk mitigation, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Finance.
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience, with strong preference for background in Solar, BESS, financial analysis, project management, or related fields.
- Experience in a leadership role for 2 to 4 years.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Power Platform Apps, Automation, and Business Intelligence tools.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
