The Senior Manager, Asset Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the performance, optimization, and risk management of Silicon Ranch's utility-scale renewable energy assets, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations while driving long-term operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the performance, optimization, and risk of utility-scale renewable energy assets.
Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of solar and BESS assets.
Monitor daily asset operations to maximize revenue and financial performance.
Lead resolution of asset outages to minimize safety and financial impacts.
Serve as primary contact for O M providers, landowners, and utilities.
Oversee maintenance schedules, warranty claims, and issue resolution.
Develop and track project budgets, expenses, and revenue streams.
Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and interconnection requirements.
Prepare performance reports and provide insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Coordinate with internal teams for project documentation transfer and integration.
Collaborate on asset optimization, risk mitigation, and strategic planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Finance.
6 to 8 years of professional experience, with strong preference for background in Solar, BESS, financial analysis, project management, or related fields.
Experience in a leadership role for 2 to 4 years.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Power Platform Apps, Automation, and Business Intelligence tools.
Ability to travel up to 15%.
