Job Description
The Production Manager oversees the planning, maintenance, and scheduling of two off-grid energy plants, ensuring reliable operation, minimizing downtime, and implementing cost-effective solutions to support the company's growth in microgrid technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, execution, and management of work adherence for Energy Center plants
- Focus on maintenance activities and scheduling to ensure reliable energy production
- Minimize plant risk and reduce out-of-service time for critical equipment
- Identify and implement cost-effective and efficient solutions for the Energy Center
- Coordinate with Energy Center teams to resolve variances in scheduled activities
- Prioritize work activities based on equipment impact to optimize operations
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing the planning, execution, and management of work adherence for energy or power generation plants, specifically involving two Energy Center plants providing 300MW of reliable energy in an off-grid installation.
- Focus on Energy Center maintenance activities and scheduling to ensure plant reliability and efficiency.
- Ability to minimize plant risk and out-of-service time for critical equipment through effective management and scheduling.
- Proven experience in identifying the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for energy or microgrid systems.
- Experience in coordinating with all Energy Center organizations to resolve variances in scheduled activities and prioritize work activities based on equipment impact.
- Ability to report to a Site Manager and operate effectively in a role based near New Albany, Ohio.
- Demonstrated skills in managing maintenance activities, scheduling, and work adherence in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing or overseeing critical equipment maintenance and operational scheduling in energy or microgrid systems.
