Job Description
The Senior Analyst in Capital Markets supports the execution of financings for SB Energy, including modeling, due diligence, and deal documentation, with opportunities to lead transactions and collaborate across various teams in a fast-growing renewable energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support capital formation through financial modeling, analysis, and due diligence.
- Assist in negotiating transaction documentation and drive financial close.
- Build and maintain relationships internally and externally to facilitate deal execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various work streams related to financings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of company processes and uphold business ethics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience working at a leading sponsor, investor lender, or advisor in power infrastructure or real estate.
- Utility-scale renewable energy experience preferred.
- Transaction experience required in tax equity or project finance debt, with project finance debt experience preferred.
- Expertise in MS Excel.
- Ownership mentality with comfort in communicating ideas and opinions and taking initiative.
- Self-motivated to produce high-quality work.
- Avid learner.
