Job Description
The Senior Analyst in Capital Markets at SB Energy supports the execution of financings for renewable energy projects, including modeling, due diligence, and deal documentation, with opportunities to lead transactions and collaborate across various teams in a dynamic, growth-oriented company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support capital formation through financial modeling, analysis, and due diligence.
- Assist in negotiating transaction documentation and driving financial close.
- Build and maintain relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with various company departments on deal-related work streams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of company processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience working at a leading sponsor, investor lender, or advisor in power infrastructure or real estate.
- Utility-scale renewable energy experience preferred.
- Transaction experience in tax equity or project finance debt required.
- Expert in MS Excel.
- VBA knowledge a plus.
- Ownership mentality, comfort with communicating ideas and opinions, and taking initiative.
- Self-motivated to do high quality work.
- Avid learner.

Compensation/salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 with discretionary annual bonus and long-term incentive plan
