Job Description
This role involves developing and facilitating sales onboarding and training programs to accelerate new hire productivity, with a focus on creating engaging, scalable content for virtual and in-person audiences within a fast-paced, global sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to improve and scale sales onboarding programs
- Develop and deliver engaging training curricula for new hires, both virtual and in-person
- Facilitate training workshops and sessions for learners
- Continuously enhance training content based on feedback and data insights
- Embed and promote Samsara's cultural principles within training and team activities
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing, inclusive training team
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience developing, coordinating and facilitating training sessions for audiences of 20 learners virtual and or live
- Demonstrable experience building educational curriculum that effectively guides learners through their learning journey
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language
- Experience implementing modern learning theories and methodologies
- Works well under pressure in a fast paced, high exception environment
- Manages or has managed LMS CMS platforms
- Minimum educational requirement is not explicitly specified, but experience in training development and facilitation is mandatory
- Experience in sales, operations, or program management (preferred but not explicitly mandatory)
- Ability to build scalable, engaging training programs for remote audiences
- Ability to lead facilitation of training workshops, both virtual and in-office formats

- Ability to partner with sales leadership to uplevel existing sales onboarding programs
- Ability to hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team
- Multilingual skills and/or experience working with global audiences (preferred but not explicitly mandatory)
