Job Description
A Senior Product Marketing Manager - Safety at Samsara is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for AI-powered safety products, driving product adoption, enabling sales, creating customer-facing content, engaging with customers, influencing product roadmaps, and measuring success to ensure impactful market growth in the connected operations industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end product launch plans for new AI safety features
- Design and implement marketing programs to drive product adoption and usage
- Create and deliver sales enablement materials such as training, battlecards, and messaging
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce customer-facing content
- Engage with customers through feedback sessions and events to gather insights and build advocacy
- Partner with Product Management to provide field feedback and influence product roadmap
- Analyze performance metrics to measure product adoption, campaign effectiveness, and business impact
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in Product Marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS or Management Consulting experience with a focus on enterprise sales and go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrate a mission-critical, commercial mindset with deep empathy for B2B sales channels and experience helping them win deals.
- Act as a proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership to drive complex problems to a solution.
- Have executive presence and polished communication skills, with the credibility to command a room and present to senior leadership.
- Excel at customer-centric storytelling, translating technical features into clear value, and engaging directly with customers.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred.
- Past experience marketing technical B2B products is an ideal qualification.

Compensation/salary range: $116,917 - $196,500 USD annually
