Job Description

A Senior Product Marketing Manager - Safety at Samsara is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for AI-powered safety products, driving product adoption, enabling sales, creating customer-facing content, engaging with customers, influencing product development, and measuring success to ensure impactful market growth in the connected operations industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end product launch plans for new AI-powered safety features
  • Design and run marketing programs to drive product adoption and usage
  • Create and deliver sales enablement materials such as training, battlecards, and messaging
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and video teams to produce customer-facing content
  • Engage with customers through feedback sessions, beta programs, and events to gather insights and build advocacy
  • Partner with Product Management to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap
  • Analyze performance data to measure product adoption, campaign effectiveness, and business metrics

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in Product Marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS or Management Consulting experience with a focus on enterprise sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrate a mission-critical, commercial mindset with deep empathy for B2B sales channels and experience helping them win deals.
  • Act as a proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership to drive complex problems to a solution.
  • Have executive presence and polished communication skills, with the credibility to command a room and present to senior leadership.
  • Excel at customer-centric storytelling, translating technical features into clear value, and engaging directly with customers.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred.
  • Past experience marketing technical B2B products is an ideal qualification.

Compensation/salary range: $116,917 - $196,500 USD annually
