Job Description
A Senior Software Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining systems for route planning, optimization, dispatch, and real-time fleet tracking, primarily focusing on web applications and backend services to enhance logistics and fleet management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create web applications for dispatchers to manage routes in real time
- Develop core services for route creation, optimization, live tracking, and reporting
- Implement APIs and integrations with TMS and ERP systems to process route events
- Develop driver-facing navigation features in collaboration with the mobile team
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of relevant industry experience in software development.
- Strong programming coding fundamentals.
- Experience designing and architecting large, high-scale systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage technical discussions.
- An ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver upon project milestones with your team.
