Job Description
A full stack engineer responsible for developing end-to-end solutions for managing and monitoring unpowered equipment and trailers using IoT technologies, contributing to the digital transformation of physical operations across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end solutions for equipment tracking, load monitoring, and asset management using sensors and IoT data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and customer success, to deliver customer-centric software features.
- Mentor other engineers through participation in design and implementation discussions.
- Advocate for the long-term technical health of products while balancing immediate customer needs.
- Build scalable, reliable software solutions that can handle growth and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of relevant industry experience in software development
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages or frameworks: Go, GraphQL, TypeScript, React
- Strong programming coding fundamentals
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage technical discussions
- Experience building and shipping a 0-1 product and understanding how to scale for growth and business impact post that phase
- Experience working with machine learning engineers and applied scientists to deploy machine learning models to production
- Understanding of how to build for stability and growth while being responsive to customer feedback
- Prior experience working with geolocation data
