The role involves leading and managing cross-functional programs to support Customer Success initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic business outcomes in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate core Customer Success cadences, including QBRs, risk reviews, and internal planning forums
Drive end-to-end coordination of key Customer Success meetings and execution moments
Build and maintain the Customer Success operating calendar with planning cycles and key milestones
Partner with Product, Enablement, and CS leadership to manage product release readiness and communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear ownership of programs
Track and analyze program effectiveness using KPIs and feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution; MBA is a strong plus.
6-8 years of experience in program management, sales operations, strategy, or consulting, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional GTM programs that improve sales execution and scalability.
Strong program management skills with expertise in end-to-end delivery, including framing the need, scoping requirements, documenting project roadmaps, partnering with teams, defining KPIs, and reporting results.
Ability to ramp up quickly on business priorities and derive insights from data to inform decisions.
Strong communication and written language skills, including clear and concise documentation.
Proven track record of building trust and effectively partnering with a wide variety of stakeholders, including executives, managers, front-line teammates, and cross-functional partners.
Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through issues, with skills in prioritization conversations and discussing tradeoffs.
Experience with B2B hardware and SaaS products.
PMP certification or Agile Scrum Certification.
Experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate program design, automate execution tasks, or surface strategic insights.
