Job Description

The role involves developing and executing data-driven performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels in the EMEA region to drive customer acquisition and business growth, with a focus on optimization, experimentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven customer acquisition strategies across multiple performance marketing channels in the EMEA region.
  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, including audience targeting, ad trafficking, creative optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Experiment with new marketing channels and adapt global strategies to regional market dynamics and buyer behaviors.
  • Use A/B testing and data analysis to optimize ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies for improved performance.
  • Leverage performance data to inform keyword selection, ad copy, campaign structure, and bidding approaches.
  • Analyze campaign results and implement recommendations to enhance performance and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Paid Search and/or Paid Social.
  • Experience managing high-growth performance budgets across a fragmented multi-market landscape such as UKI, DACH, France, and Benelux.
  • Skilled in building campaigns and ads directly in platform-native tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Experience working with high-growth SaaS products, with a deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel, and familiarity with the B2B MarTech stack including Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Skilled in trafficking ads, implementing tags in Google Tag Manager, and understanding server-side tracking and first-party data strategies.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and prioritize roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to build performance marketing channels from the ground up, scaled to a high level of paid spend, with a focus on high-impact, high-return initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and creative teams.
  • High level of ownership and accountability, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
