Job Description
This role involves developing and deploying machine learning and AI solutions to enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of physical operations across various industries, working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable ML infrastructure and innovative products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build ML infrastructure for batch and real-time models used in customer-facing products
- Lead zero-to-one ML AI initiatives to develop new products from scratch
- Collaborate with ML scientists and engineering teams to enable successful cross-functional projects
- Develop and enhance inference capabilities, improving scalability and efficiency of ML platforms
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Applied Scientist, or similar role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or another quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in one or more common programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Golang.
- Proficiency with common ML tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Spark.
- A working understanding of the algorithms you will bring to life.
- Proven experience with the end-to-end development of machine learning applications.
- Experience leading a small cross-functional team to deliver new ML experiences (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience building zero-to-one ML applications.
