Job Description
This role involves developing and managing knowledge management strategies and processes to support the company's growth, leveraging AI and technology solutions, and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused environment within a remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive content guidelines, taxonomy, and organization to support the knowledge management library
- Manage project planning, coordination, and successful delivery within the knowledge management portfolio
- Assist in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies
- Identify and implement enhancements in knowledge management processes and technology based on KPIs and industry best practices
- Participate in technology-driven initiatives, including AI and innovative solutions
- Champion and embed company cultural principles related to knowledge management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3 years of Knowledge Management (KM) experience, with a solid foundation in AI platforms, dynamic troubleshooting workflows, and KM analytics and KPIs
- Proficient in project and program management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in one or more CMS or KMS systems
- Proficient in Showpad, JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, Tableau, or similar tools
- Proficient in support-focused or knowledge-focused AI technology
