Job Description
The role involves developing and facilitating sales onboarding and ramping programs to enhance new hire productivity, using innovative training methods and cross-functional collaboration to support the company's growth and customer success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic partnerships to enhance sales onboarding and ramping programs for new hires.
- Develop, facilitate, and regularly update training content for new sales employees.
- Audit training materials for accuracy and report on new hire learning progress and ramping success.
- Use data-driven insights and industry best practices to continuously improve training programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.
- Embed and promote Samsara's cultural principles within training initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university.
- 5 years of experience developing, coordinating and facilitating training sessions for audiences of 10-150 learners, either live or virtual.
- Track record of delivering interactive experiences that demonstratively improve audience engagement.
- Demonstrable experience building educational curriculum that effectively guides learners through their learning journey.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language.
- Innovative use of AI technologies to maximize content development and learner experience.
- A solid understanding of Samsara products with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Experience implementing modern learning theories and methodologies.
- Experience working to develop a learning strategy for a high-growth division (preferred).
- Experience building training in multiple languages, with fluency in Spanish or French (preferred).
- Background in sales, operations, or program management.
- Ability to work in an autonomous working environment.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams internally and be comfortable receiving and giving feedback.
